  • Rachel Hip HopHappy Hour Workouts  5am-6am Tuesday and Thursday at RSFit Training Studio Fitness Room in Galveston.
  • Happy Hour Workouts are Tabata based training method.  Motivation comes from working out daily in the midst of friendships and community
  • Personal Training by Appointment.  Workout and nutrition guidance based on personal goals
  • Group Fitness Training (4 people or less) by Appointment.  Detailed strength training for small groups. Available at RSFit Training Studio
